Our Story

Yeo Marini Law Corporation traces its roots to August 1998, when Yeo Marini & Partners was founded by a group of experienced and dedicated lawyers committed to making quality legal advice accessible to the wider community. For close to two decades, founding member Mr Willie Yeo Siew Keng steered the firm’s operations, building a reputation for practical, client-focused legal work across a broad range of practice areas.

Today, the firm continues that legacy under new leadership – carrying forward the same values of respect, integrity and professionalism that have defined Yeo Marini for over 25 years. We are proud to be one of Singapore’s longest-standing community law firms, and prouder still that our reputation has been built primarily through word of mouth and the trust of the clients we have served.

Yeo Marini Law Corporation is a boutique full-service firm. We believe that being smaller is a strength, not a limitation. Every client who comes to us works directly with a qualified lawyer – not a paralegal or junior associate managing a conveyor belt of files. Our Managing Director, Wilson Yeo, is personally involved in the conduct of our matters.

Our team brings cross-disciplinary experience that is rare in a firm of our size. Between our lawyers, we have backgrounds spanning civil engineering, investment banking, regulatory compliance, and economics – experience that gives us a practical, commercially grounded perspective that purely academic legal training cannot replicate.

All of our lawyers are fluent in English and Mandarin, allowing us to serve English and Chinese-speaking clients with equal depth and without language barriers in what are often deeply personal and stressful circumstances.
